"I just came back from spending 5 days nestled in the Warrumbungle Mountains in a circle of strong and beautiful women sharing knowledge, love, wisdom and humour. Â We spent our time weaving, sharing delicious food and thoughts around the campfire and enjoying hikes through the mountain range. We held space for each other and experienced beautiful healing and connection. Wild Tribes She: WILD was a wholesome and beautiful experience that left us feeling connected to our ancient womanhood and the land we walked on. I want to thank Kat for the lovely, safe and empowering space she created out there and for sharing her wisdom and laughter with us. I couldn't recommend Wild Tribes enough. We will be back!!"

🌿 She:Wild - Nourish Your Soul, Weave Your Story, Change Your Life 🌿
Hello Beautiful Souls,
If you are anything like us, in the chaos of daily life, your spirit yearns for connection, community, rejuvenation and adventure. She:Wild is your invitation.
🔥 What is She:Wild?
It's not just a journey; it's a sanctuary for women seeking solace in nature and connection to the wisdom of the collective feminine.Â
Camp under the stars, wander winding trails, and let the rhythm of weaving threads mirror the weaving of a new rhythm for your heart.
Imagine a 5-day immersion where the backdrop is stunning mountain ranges and starry skies that go forever.
By day we explore the beauty of the natural landscapes; hiking/sight seeing on the many trails in the Warrumbungle Mountain Range, being introduced to ancient practices designed to help you connect with yourself and the natural world on a profound level.
Our hiking itinerary includes*:
Day 1: Â Arrive, set up and Indigenous nature connection activities
Day2: Â Gunnermooroo Valley Walking Trail (~8km, 5hours return)
Day3: Â Emu Farm and Observatory Visit followed by Sunset at Monkey Rock
Day4: Bluff Mountain Back Country Trail - on private property (~8km, 6hours return)
Day 5: Enjoy a lie-in, Collaborative cooked breakfast including an opportunity to sample what freshly scrambled emu egg tastes like (hint: it is delicious!), pack up and home time
*subject to change, weather permitting.
In the evenings, back at base-camp, there is a constant hum of like-hearted women around the campfire, where the sharing of wisdom and storytelling is passed on, deepening your lived experience of what it means to be a woman and belong to 'tribe'. This is further enhanced through ancient bushcraft* skills such as weaving, fire-making, learning about sacred space and the art of being in silent witness to another.
Whenever their schedules allow, we also welcome the indigenous Elders of the region to join us, to welcome you to country and spend time sharing their wisdom and teaching you a ceremonial dance that has been used to sing up the lands since time immemorial. In the same manner the custodians of the lands often join us to participate in the passing down of wisdom and the telling of long tales :)
🌸 Why She:Wild?
- Rediscover Your Essence: In the embrace of nature, reconnect with the vibrant, strong woman you are.
- Sisterhood of Souls: Share stories, laughter, wisdom and CONNECTION with like-hearted women on similar paths.
- reWILD Your Mind: Â Learn how Hiking, Camping and Nature fibre weaving can become a true meditation, a pause for your soul.
🌺 Who's She:Wild For?
For you—a woman, navigating the complexities of life, seeking a soft place to land, genuine connections, and ready to embrace the wild within.
Where are the lands we will be exploring?
The 2500 acre, privately held lands we are staying on are  5.5hrs north west of Sydney in Tonderbourine. The property is surrounded by the Warrumbungle mountain range on three sides. To say these lands are exquisite still would not do them justice.Â
They have been lovingly cared for by the custodians with 2000 of the 2500 acre lands maintained as native bush, untouched since time immemorial.
You will be given full instructions on how to get there as part of your preparation / information pack.
What is included in your experience*?
- SHE: WILD 5-day Program, including all activities (hiking, weaving, nature connection etc), teachings, individual and group processes.
- Safe and Supportive Counsel from our experienced Team, led by Kat and the team @Wild Tribes.
- Participation in Sacred Fire Ceremony, marking the calling in of new energy, vision, power and life force into your being.
- Wholesome 'Slow' and where possible, organic dinners provided throughout the program - breakfast and lunch are your responsiblity. You will be asked to co-supply with other participants for our celebration brunch on the final day.
- Camping Accommodation Fees (BYO camping equipment) we will be staying in pockets of some of the most extraordinary wilderness, drop toilets, hot bucket baths and fresh rain water for drinking are available at Base Camp but that is as far as the luxuries of camp life extend :)

Need a little more information?
No worries at all. Book a 20 minute discovery call with us here to learn more.
Have a youngster who is keen to join us?
This 5 day womens' only immersion is open to all women 14+ years of age. However, all minors must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program.
Is a base level of fitness required to attend?
Yes, at least a base level of fitness and appropriate footwear is required to participate in this program. Â If you can complete the equivalent of the spit to manly walk in Sydney, Australia, then you would have sufficient fitness to attend this program. Additionally, we will be walking to the pace of the least fit person to keep the group together and have alternative activities available should the collective's muscles be too sore from any previous day of hiking.Â
The intention for this program is not to be a fitness camp with deadlines and destinations in mind but rather an opportunity to use hiking and the other planned activities and nature-based processes as a way to find stillness, remembering and to explore a deeper sense of connection with the lands. In such environments, you meet different parts of who you are and a greater sense of joy, among many other things, unfolds. This is the magic and the medicine we set our intention upon for this program and know you will love the journey of such :)
Looking forward to adventuring with you in the wild open places and sacred spaces 🌿✨
Big love,
Kat

"I was feeling stuck and often really flat, despite having so much to be grateful for. I have plenty of mindset tools, but this time I just couldn’t get out from under a black cloud. I booked in for one of Kat’s programs. It was phenomenal. I’m not exaggerating when I say I feel like a new person - at the very least a clearer, lighter version of myself. I just feel more connected to ME. I highly recommend Kat for her skill, intuitive wisdom and love."
